What you’ll do

As a People & Culture Administrator you’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our employees. You will be the first point of contact for our employees and will demonstrate our values daily (Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity). Some of the key responsibilities for the role are:

  • General HR Administration: weekly HR reports, monthly Length of Service and Birthday lists, new starters uploads, prepare and distribute the Starters & Leavers Report, and special leave administration processing.
  • Conduct routine audits of employee files and HRIS for accuracy/compliance and support GDPR compliance (archiving or deleting data according to retention policy).
  • Support DEI initiatives and conduct/track DBS and DVLA checks as required.
  • Manage and update HR noticeboards and digital screens, organise and coordinate Legends of the Month ballots and reward distribution.
  • Support planning of employee events and manage employee stays requests as required.
  • Provide administrative support for the hotel induction programme and the Learning & Development team.
  • Manage all L&D administrative tasks including processing cross‑training requests and coordinating the Training Room Calendar.
  • Post job adverts as required, assist with social media posts and support career fair participation and materials preparation.
  • Process new starter paperwork, issue employment contracts, conduct Rights to Work checks and process employment references.
  • Manage employee benefits tasks such as F&B discounts, spa bookings and complimentary stays.
