What You’ll Do
- Deliver 5‑star in‑room service and ensure guests receive a personalised experience.
- Respond to special requests, including off‑menu items, pre‑orders, and additional equipment.
- Work shift‑based hours and support management with day‑to‑day operations.
Shift Schedule
- Monday‑Friday: 19:00 – 07:00
- Saturday‑Sunday: 19:00 – 07:00
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage service.
- Strong verbal communication in English.
- Ability to take orders accurately and manage overnight service efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Proven food and beverage background.
- Micros and Excel proficiency.
