What you\’ll do

Leading the restaurant’s online presence and brand communications, you will:

  • Manage all social media activity and online engagement, ensuring content reflects the brand’s refined identity.
  • Implement and lead social media strategies, developing and publishing engaging content across all channels.
  • Act as a visual brand guardian, curating a cohesive aesthetic for digital platforms.
  • Organize and oversee photo and video shoots, collaborating with creative professionals.
  • Support press releases, articles, and brand campaigns in collaboration with the PR team.
  • Advise on new campaigns, presenting strategies and creative concepts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform performance, translating insights into strategies.
  • Produce monthly reports and newsletters, analyzing social performance and engagement data.
  • Maintain an editorial content calendar, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Deliver training to internal teams on digital identity and social engagement.
  • Manage community interactions, including timely responses beyond standard hours.

What you\’ll bring

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or social media management, preferably within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation, campaign execution, and analytics.
  • Ability to manage high-profile social channels and respond to reputation needs.

  • Organized project management with a track record of delivering initiatives on time.
