What you\’ll do
AsMarketing and Communications Managerat the iconicthree Michelin star Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, you will lead the restaurants online presence and brand communications, delivering high-impact, high-touch campaigns that reflect the elegance and artistry of the dining experience. In this role, you will:

Manage all social media activityand online engagement, ensuring content reflects the brands refined identity and resonates with existing and prospective guests.

Implement and lead the social media strategy, developing and publishing high-quality, engaging content across all channels, and managing daily posts, story templates, and community engagement.

Act as avisual brand guardian, curating a cohesive aesthetic for Alain Ducasse at The Dorchesters digital platforms.

Organise and overseephoto and video shoots, collaborating with paid creators and media professionals to produce exceptional content.

Support and contribute topress releases, articles, keynote presentations, and brand campaigns in collaboration with the Public Relations team.

Advise on new campaigns, presenting micro-strategies and creative concepts to support seasonal offerings or brand initiatives.

Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activity, guest sentiment, and platform performance, translating insights into strategy recommendations.
