What you'll do
- You will be responsible for guest garments from collection to delivery including processing the garments following care instruction to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will be responsible for seamless service, attention to detail, pressing, packing and unpacking, quality checking of garments, room moves and being flexible during the shift.
- This will include washing face clothes, rags for Housekeeping and employee uniforms.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests; this involves special set-ups for guest rooms, storage items to be delivered or to be placed back after guest has left the hotel.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as: Monday to Sunday: 07:00 - 23:00.

- Attention to detail: You need to be careful when handling clothes to make sure everything is neat, clean, and in good condition.
- Teamwork: You will work with other staff members, so it's important to help each other and work well together.
- Time management: You need to keep track of time and make sure tasks are completed on time.
- Organisational skills: You should be able to keep different types of laundry items in the right place and return them to guests on time.
- Basic knowledge of laundry processes: Training will be provided, but you should understand the basics of cleaning clothes (washing, ironing, folding).
