As a Revenue Manager (12-month FTC, Maternity Cover), you’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues and our guests. Maximise rooms revenue through accurate forecasting, rate management and optimising the channel and market mix. Implement revenue management strategies and processes to optimise and maximise revenues throughout the hotel, supporting the Area Director of Revenue, primarily for rooms’ revenue by monitoring demands, trends and market conditions. Facilitate smooth and effective communication with all departments to ensure a seamless, highly satisfactory and incomparable service. Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests involving special rates for long stays or corporate agreements and even special occasions.

Previous revenue management experience is essential. Previous knowledge of hotel systems, preferably including GDS, PMS, Revenue Management, Group and Analytical systems and software such as SynXis, Opera, IDeaS. Highly computer literate, skilled and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Visual Basic & Pivot Tables). Strong communication skills with a customer service ethos. English is the primary language used in our hotel; you can comfortably communicate in this language.
