What you’ll do

As a Regional IT Assistant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests. You will be responsible for completing day-to-day proactive checklists with IT equipment tasks AM – PM. This will include:

  • Action on all email and telephone requests regarding IT tasks (hardware and software).
  • Troubleshooting all IT and Telecoms devices issues or installing new devices to ensure all staff equipment is working well and our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Assisting with special requests involving IT equipment setup for events, junkets, telephones check-ins, room to room dialling, setting up fax machine lines, and help on special occasions.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subject to change. This position is five days per week allocated to any of seven days in a week: Monday to Sunday. The hours are currently set to 0900 - 17:30.
