  • Maintain a clean and efficient “5 star” laundry service to attain the highest hotel & departmental standards and maximise business profit.
  • Provide professional laundry, pressing, and dry‑cleaning services to hotel guests and colleagues to consistently meet & exceed expectations.
  • Act as a team player and provide effective day‑to‑day communication with colleagues and guests.
