What you’ll do
As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for supervising personnel to ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, maintaining food quality control and ensuring proper food rotation.
- This will include participating in menu planning and food production.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving food preferences and intolerances and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Junior Sous Chef.
