- What You’ll Do
- The Director of Marketing and Digital will serve as the strategic and creative lead for all marketing and digital direction of our three UK hotels within the Dorchester Collection.
This role is entrusted to bring each hotel’s distinctive personality to life, while seamlessly aligning with the Dorchester Collection’s global brand identity and values.
- With a strong focus on innovation and storytelling, the role will oversee the development and execution of all marketing, digital, and creative initiatives, ensuring efforts inspire, engage and drive commercial success for each hotel.
This includes the oversight of brand design, digital platforms, visual content (Video & Photography) and the cultivation of high profile brand partnerships and collaborations.
Strong copywriting skills are key to the role to ensure brand tone of voice is reflected across all touch‑points.
- Working in close partnership with our Corporate office Marketing team, you ensure a cohesive and forward‑thinking approach across all channels.
A deep understanding of the luxury audiences, particularly UHNWI, will inform integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand desirability and commercial performance across owners, earned and paid channels.
- You shape how each property is understood in the world and your role is to ensure that every expression reflects the individuality of each hotel, while reinforcing their collective standing within Dorchester Collection.
