As an Area Director of Revenue, you will love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Revenue Management Team.
  • Drive the revenue strategy, with specific oversight over The Dorchester, including working alongside the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and the Global Commercial Director to develop the hotel’s revenue relaunch strategy.
  • Stay atop of trends and analysis to better improve each hotel's performance, providing recommendations to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing on pricing and room/suite performance opportunities.
  • Conduct weekly Commercial/revenue meetings to present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, as well as issue daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support business decision-making strategies and highlight trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure effective use of all tools and systems (Opera/Nexus/IDEAS/SynXis, Lighthouse, Amadeus) to maintain data integrity and system accuracy.
