What You’ll Do

As a House Porter, you will enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for delivering housekeeping supplies to the different floors as directed by the floor supervisor and ensure that all housekeeping stores are well maintained.
  • You will assist with spring cleaning duties when needed, including hoovering and dusting corridors, carpet edges, dust tops of wall lights, mouldings and wash down walls.
  • You will also be required to organise special room set-ups for special guests’ requirements, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as: Monday to Sunday: starting as early as 7am and last shift finishes at 23.00pm when covering the evening floor porter shift.
