What You’ll Do
- Support the Executive Team in building a culture of curiosity and understanding of guests\’ needs within the long-serving Concierge Team to stay relevant and informed about London happenings.
- Oversee a large team that includes Concierge, Luggage Porters, Doormen and Drivers.
- Foster a culture that embraces and celebrates the DNA of London.
- Support the vision of delivering authentic, relevant and vibrant guest experiences, offering the very best of what matters to guests.

What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Head Concierge in a 5-star London property
- Golden Keys Holder
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a concierge team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Fluency in English
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in one or more additional languages
- Experience designing or delivering training to junior concierge employees
