What you’ll do:
- Act as a hotel ambassador during the day, showing guests around during their check-in process.
- Conduct daily duties in an efficient and timely manner, such as upselling and checking that reservation instructions are being followed.
- Handle special requests from guests, including preferences for their stay, while showing intuition and empathy in all situations.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in hospitality with a good understanding of luxury.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a well-presented appearance.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel.
Preferred Skills:
- Opera knowledge.
- Microsoft Word knowledge.
