What you’ll do
As a
Food & Beverage Management Graduate , you\’ll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- As a Food & Beverage Graduate, you will work towards becoming a future leader of our hotels! You will spend 12 months learning every aspect of the Food & Beverage Division while shadowing our leadership team
- Whilst you will spend 12 months in two of our operational departments (two rotations of 6 months each) such as our bar, restaurants, or with our Events Operations team; you will have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the business such as employee events.
- Each graduate will also receive a buddy and a mentor to guide them through their year with us

What you’ll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- A university degree, preferably in hospitality, tourism or events
- A passion for Food & Beverage
- Fluent in the English language
- Good verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Strong ability to upsell products
- Customer service/hospitality skills are advantagous
