What You’ll Do
- You will be responsible for daily food preparations during your day, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- This will include supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Chef de Partie or in their absence; take orders from Chef de Partie and assign tasks to Commis Chefs and check they are carried out correctly.
- Sample, smell and observe food to ensure our guests receive the best experience.
- You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.
