When you join us as a Degree
Apprentice at The Dorchester Hotel, you will have a unique opportunity to excel
in your field. You will learn from your fellow Legends and our award-winning
learning academy to achieve the highest standards in craft, service, and
leadership.
What
you’ll do
As a Degree Apprentice, you\’ll
enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You’ll have the opportunity to complete a fully
funded BA (Hons) Degree in Applied Hospitality Management and a Chartered
Manager Apprenticeship, without the student debt! All while gaining hands on
experience in Luxury 5 star hospitality. - 6 month rotations in Food & Beverage and Rooms
division in your first 2 years and your choice of specialism for your 3rd
and final year. - Your training plan will include
– 36 months practical training period and
3-6 months for the End Point Assessment
-1 study day a week based in London
