When you join us as a Concierge
Coordinator at The Dorchester Hotel, you will have a unique opportunity to

What
you’ll do
As a Concierge
Coordinator, you\’ll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
•
Act as an
administrative support for the concierge team in replying to guest emails,
writing confirmation letters and other administrative tasks
•
Be a
point ofreference for guests who need assistance or information and
attend to their wishes and requirements
•
Answer
the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and
redirect calls.
•
Run
errands for guests and management as requested.
•
When
needed support the sense of arrival teams in delivering guest parcels or
luggage to the room or assist doormen at the front door
•
Create a
personalized and bespoke experience for all guests using our concierge
services.
•
To have the
mind-set of anticipating guests needs and going above and beyond to exceed
them.
•
Participate
in our Creative Meetings as well as Target Market Arrival Meetings
•
Use our
CRM-System by entering guest preferences and feedback
•
Be fully
aware of any VIP or repeat guests who are staying with us and personalise
service accordingly.
•
Work
collaboratively as a team and help each other where necessary

of a day in the life of a Concierge Coordinator, but we’ll make sure you are
provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
The operational hours of work are
shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
Monday to Sunday – 8h shifts, 5
days a week (40h per week), timings may vary

Good knowledge of London – restaurants,
shops, sights, theatres, cultural venues

Strong
verbal and written communication skills – English is the primary language used
in our hotel.
