What you'll do
- You will support the Executive Team in building a culture of curiosity and understanding of what our guests need, within the long serving and experienced Concierge Team.
- You will oversee a large team that includes the Concierge team, Luggage Porters team, Doormen team, and Drivers.
- You will foster a culture that embraces and celebrates the DNA of London.
- You will support our vision of building a reputation for authentic, relevant and vibrant guest experiences.
The operational hours of work are shift-based, currently set as Monday to Sunday. Therefore, flexibility is important.
What you’ll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Head Concierge in a 5-star London Property.
- Golden Keys Holder.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a concierge team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in one or more additional languages.
- Experience designing or delivering training to junior concierge employees.
