WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting

our guests :

  • You will

be responsible for managing communications activities for The Dorchester,

Coworth Park & 45 Park Lane to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best

experience .

  • Lead and

manage our international and domestic PR agencies, supporting director

of public relations on rolling out strategy

  • Oversee

press office function across the three hotels

  • Plan and

execute PR and media events with top tier media to showcase new hotel

offerings and partnerships

  • Support

development and delivery of brand aligned target partnerships with media

appeal to enhance and grow hotel reputations

  • Maintain and

develop key media relationships, seeking high-level placements in target

print, broadcast and online media

  • Manage media

enquiries, review / interview, partnership, photo shoot and filming

requests when relating to PR

  • Collaborate

with Dorchester Collection corporate communications team on rollout of

brand campaigns

  • Lead on content

creation for press releases, articles and keynote presentations

  • Curate

experience visits across the hotels for key media, ensuring they receive

bespoke experiences

  • Organise and

oversee external photo shoots and filming with media / press

  • Monitor

industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding

communication strategy surrounding them

  • Confidence

when liaising and advising key senior stakeholders and hotel team

members + partners

  • Monitor and

analyse results regularly from press activity and communications

  • Create

weekly and monthly reports for senior stakeholders

  • Support

director of public relations with any crisis management
