What you’ll do
- You will be responsible for daily food preparations during the day, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining at breakfast, lunch and dinner. This includes supervising and leading all cooking personnel in your section together with the Junior Sous Chef or in their absence; participating in menu planning, maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs; and training and developing other kitchen team members to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day.
