What you'll do:
As an Overnight Housekeeper, you’ll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests. You will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, intuition, and flexibility during your shift. This will include an eye for detail, thoroughness, and hygienic practices, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. You will liaise and work closely with other departments, such as Front Office, Concierge, Valet/Laundry, and In‑Room Dining to ensure guests’ requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for cleaning guest bedrooms and public areas throughout the hotel property, which may include areas outside of the hotel. Reporting directly to the Duty Manager on shift.
Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set‑ups, additional supplies, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Overnight Housekeeper. The operational hours of work are shift‑based and may be subject to change. These are currently set as: Monday to Sunday: starting from 22:30 pm.
