What you’ll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: You will be responsible for assisting in day‑to‑day production according to the business requirement that day, and ensuring the operation runs effectively with minimal supervision, all to ensure that daily food preparations meet outlined recipes, including portion size, quantity and quality, and that our guests receive nothing but the best experience. Sometimes our guests have special requests involving food preferences and intolerances and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Junior Sous Chef, who supervises and leads the team. Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You must be able to communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team in order to ensure alignment remains.
