What you’ll do
- Supervise personnel to ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, maintain food quality control and ensure proper food rotation.
- Participate in menu planning and food production to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- Handle special requests involving food preferences and intolerances and special occasions.
