What you\'ll do

You\'ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

You
will be responsible for serving customers on the shop floor, putting the guests
into the centre of everything we do to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. The duties will
include answering customers\' questions regarding products or services,
processing sales, and replenishing stocks.

You
will need to have a hands-on approach, be passionate and well-organised with the
ability to handle pressure whilst working together with the Florist department
to ensure seamless service both in-store and online, along with working alongside our talented pastry team to
ensure the highest quality food and beverage products are displayed and served
for guests to return again and again.

You’ll also show
flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any
challenges that may arise during the day.
