Join us as a Sales Manager for the group segment at The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park – based at Coworth Park, Ascot. What you’ll do:
- Your main place of work will be at Coworth Park, Ascot, spending 1 or 2 days a week at our London office.
- Proactively sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments.
- Introduce new clients, whilst maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels.
- Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments, and with the proactive sales team meet and exceed annual hotels’ budgets.
- Have a clear understanding of overall hotel goals.
- Awareness and understanding of competitive sets, and ability to effectively sell against them.
- Work together with Area Director of Sales/Director of Sales with relevant projects when assigned.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ proactive experience in the group segment, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Driven and creative individual with strong communication skills.
- Team player with ability to work harmoniously within immediate department and across the wider hotels.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
