Join us as a Sales Manager for the group segment at The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park – based at Coworth Park, Ascot. As a Sales Manager for the group segment, you will have the opportunity to become celebrated as the very best in your field. You will learn not only from your fellow Legends but also through our award-winning learning academy, achieving the highest standards of craft, service, and leadership.
Your main place of work will be at Coworth Park, Ascot, spending 1 or 2 days a week at our London office.
- Introduce new clients while maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels.
- Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments, and with the proactive sales team meet and exceed annual hotels’ budgets.
- Have a clear understanding of overall hotel goals.
- Work together with Area Director of Sales/Director of Sales on relevant projects when assigned.
We are looking for a driven and creative individual with strong communication skills who is a team player and can work harmoniously within the immediate department and across the wider hotels.
Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential as it is the primary language used in our hotel.
