As a Night Front Desk Agent you’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for acting as a hotel ambassador during their Night.
- This will include showing guests around during their check-in process and conducting duties in an efficient and timely manner, such as upselling and checking that reservation instructions are being followed, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will handle night requests and enquiries, process payments, manage the float, assist the night manager with the financial audits and ensure the cleanliness of the front desk area.
- You’ll have experience working in boutique hotels, delivering unique, tailored and personalised experiences to guests including butler services and concierge.
- You’ll also act as a liaison between guests and other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role, in hotel or other customer-facing roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented.
- Passion for the role and the team and unique personality.
- Ability to empower team members to deliver bespoke services to all guests.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
- Opera and Microsoft knowledge.
