When you join us as a Food & Beverage Management Graduate you will have a unique opportunity to excel in your field. You will learn from your fellow Legends and our award-winning learning academy to achieve the highest standards in craft, service, and leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Work towards becoming a future leader of our hotels by spending 12 months learning every aspect of the Food & Beverage Division while shadowing our leadership team.
  • Complete two 6‑month rotations in operational departments such as our bar, restaurants, or with the Events Operations team, and have opportunities to be involved in employee events and other aspects of the business.
  • Receive a buddy and a mentor to guide you through your year with us.

What you’ll bring

  • A university degree, preferably in hospitality, tourism or events.
  • A passion for Food & Beverage.
  • Fluent in the English language.
  • Good verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong ability to upsell products.
  • Customer service/hospitality skills are advantageous.
