What you'll do
- As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and tracking fixed assets across the Dorchester Collection's UK hotels, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Invoice Processing: Coding and posting invoices on ADACO and GPD, covering food, beverage, consumables, operating equipment, and miscellaneous items.
- Financial Integration: Exporting invoices from ADACO and integrating them into GP Dynamics for accurate financial reporting.
- Supplier Liaison: Communicating with suppliers regarding invoices, credits, and payments, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Payment Management: Raising and updating invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Process Improvement: Assisting the Accounts Payable Manager in updating and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Efficiency & Accuracy: Working to enhance payment turnaround times while ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
