The Donkey Sanctuary is seeking a proactive Farm Supervisor for Trow Farm, Sidmouth, East Devon.
You will supervise daily operations, lead the team and deputise for the Farm Manager, ensuring high standards of donkey care and well being.
You will maintain records on the Animal Management System, support recruitment and training, and help provide seven day operational cover.
The role offers a full time permanent contract and benefits including life assurance and a wellbeing programme.
