The Salesperson is a crucial member of our organisation, directly contributing to the success of our business.

This role involves calling leads, setting and scheduling booked calls for closers, replying to SMS, note-taking in our CRM and communicating with the closers and manager.

Outbound calls, ZERO cold calling.

The Salesperson is responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work as part of a cohesive sales team towards a common goal, contributing to a competitive yet collaborative environment that maximises the performance of the entire team.

Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets.

Report individual sales metrics to the sales manager, ensuring all quotas are met.

Participate in sales training and onboarding programs.

Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies.

RESULTS:

Regular reports on individual sales are submitted to the sales manager.

Each salesperson meets their quota or receives appropriate coaching.

Company values and culture are consistently upheld by all sales team members.

Excellent communication and computer literate skills.

Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.

Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.

Consistent and Disciplined.

The ability to work independently and use your initiative, as well as working as part of a team to achieve the best results.

Reliable phone and internet access on a daily basis.
