Are you an experienced GP with a passion for caring for people in our community? At The Doctors Christchurch South we have an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate GP to join our strong and stable team. As an experienced GP ideally you will be vocationally registered or working toward this. You will be working with a team of skilled nurses and GP colleagues and an experienced administration team, supported by a dedicated Practice Manager. The Doctors Medical Centres is New Zealand’s largest network of GPs and primary healthcare providers, trusted by over 400,000 Kiwis. Our practice has a great team culture and our GPs work closely with a team of experienced health professionals.

About the position and you
You will bring to the role:
- Sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experience
- Great communication skills
- Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in our community
- Hold a General Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand
This is a permanent position with negotiable hours, preferably between 6-8 sessions per week. We are happy to consider overseas candidates wishing to relocate to New Zealand and can provide support with gaining New Zealand registration if you are eligible. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
