Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact, greeting and providing excellent customer service to patients both face to face and over the phone.
- Provide patients with appropriate information.
- Book appointments and process payments.
- Accurately manage the patient database.
- Perform other general administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Approachable, confident, empathetic, patient, and understanding.
- Ability to work efficiently to assist patients.
- Great attention to detail, even under pressure.
- Reliable team member.
- New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work permit.
