This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours across Monday to Sunday.

Do you have what we are looking for?
  • A current New Zealand practising certificate with prior experience in a medical centre (desirable)
  • Competent in areas of nursing in either or both primary and secondary care
  • Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
  • Postgraduate nursing qualifications (or if you are working towards one) and/or specialisation is highly desirable; such as travel or occupational health, prescribing or long-term conditions
  • Willing to continually learn and improve
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build strong rapport with team members.
  • You will ideally hold current CPR certificate
  • Immunisation and smear taker certificates is desirable but not essential
  • Computer literate
  • A second language skill is an advantage.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
