We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at The Doctors Birkenhead. This is a permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a multidisciplinary general practice setting.

Qualifications:
- A current New Zealand practising certificate, with prior experience in a medical centre (desirable)
- Experience in a primary care setting preferred
- Previous experience working in a medical practice
- Current vaccinator certificate or working toward completion
- Alignment with the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi
- Postgraduate nursing qualifications or working towards one, and/or specialisation such as travel or occupational health, prescribing or long-term conditions (highly desirable)
- Willingness to continually learn and improve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport with team members
- Current CPR certificate
- Immunisation and smear taker certificates are desirable but not essential
- Computer literate
- Applicants should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
