This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
About The Role
Your responsibilities involve leadership, reception management, ensuring patient services meet standards, creating a safe environment, overseeing reception recruitment, and team development. This role is unique as its two‑fold. You will also play a key role in creating a great clinic culture and organising activities or events that help keep our team spirit high.
You will bring to the role:
- Prior experience in Management or administration work in a GP practice.
- Leadership experience is desirable.
- Be positive, honest, reliable, and self‑motivated.
- Be able to work independently and in a team.
- Have strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Passionate about patient care and customer service.
- Working knowledge of MedTech Evolution our Practice Management system.
- Be computer literate with MS Word and Excel.
- Able to problem‑solve, stay calm and deescalate situations.
- Ability to bring people together and motivate them.
