The Doctors Ti Rakau is seeking a Health Coach to join our integrated primary care team in New Zealand. This permanent part-time role (about 24 hours per week) involves face-to-face, telephone and video consultations, plus optional group programmes and community navigation.
We value empowering patients to manage their health with support from GPs, nurses and HIP, and provide training and ongoing support. Applicants should have NZ residency or a valid work permit.
