We’re looking for dynamic and dedicated part time Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to clients in the comfort of their own home. In this role you will work with a group of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of care to aged and disability clients living independently with chronic illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Continence management
- Diabetes management
- Palliative care
- Clinical Case management
- Wound care management
- Administer medications
- Clinical experience and technical skills
- The ability to make sound autonomous decisions
- Collaborated with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- The ability to handle multiple clients with diverse needs
- Experience in educating clients and their families on disease management and prevention
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- National Police Check & WWVP Clearance
- A valid unrestricted driver licence
