Role Description
This remote position as a paid monthly subscription member of The DISCPlus Academy involves applying the DISC profiling model to deliver impactful coaching and consulting services. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing DISC profiles.
- Conducting one‑on‑one and group sessions.
- Tailoring coaching strategies to individual and team needs.
- Supporting behavioral transformation.
- Providing resources and facilitating discussions.
- Contributing to the growth and improvement of the DISCPlus Academy community.
Strong peer support is a hallmark of the current membership.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in applying DISC behavioral profiling and interpreting DISC assessments.
- Strong skills in coaching, consulting, and facilitating both individual and group sessions.
- Experience in emotional intelligence development, communication strategies, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to create and utilize tailored coaching strategies and practical tools.
- Familiarity with leadership development, team dynamics, and wellbeing integration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate resistance and lead meaningful conversations.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in coaching, psychology, HR, leadership, or a related field is advantageous.
- Access to a reliable workspace and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Note: The DISCPlus Academy is unique and blends DISC with health and wellbeing. There is a monthly fee to use the system of £199 which provides unlimited use for client reports with daily ongoing support on WhatsApp and live weekly support meet‑ups on Zoom. Sponsorship is potentially available to selected applicants, especially recent graduates wanting to incorporate health and wellbeing into their work with clients and teams.
Licensing of the system for your own use is also a possibility, if you prefer to ride alone.
