Pay Rate: Up to £23,000 per annum
35 Hours per week - Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00

We operate assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals that use expert neurorehabilitation to support individuals in regaining lost skills. Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supporting service users to maximize independence and well-being through vocational, learning, and recreational activities.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and deliver personalized vocational, learning, and recreational programs.
- Developing and delivering group sessions aligned with service users' outcomes.
- Establishing partnerships with external providers to enhance opportunities.
- Contributing to service user goal setting and outcome development.
- Organizing activities to meet rehabilitation goals and personal interests.
- Conducting risk assessments for activities.
- Supporting participation in activities.
- Designing and leading activities to support rehabilitation goals.
- Maintaining accurate records of progress and contributing to reviews.
- Participating in service development and planning.
- Creating a supportive and homely environment for service users.
About You
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment or developing activity programs.
- Understanding of health and safety in activity design.
- IT skills: email, Microsoft Office, internet navigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full driving license and ability to drive service vehicles.
