The predicted salary is between 31200 - 39000 £ per year.

Main duties will include:

  • Support and supervise a team of Support Workers to deliver best practice and exceed quality standards of care and support.
  • Support and supervise the delivery of person-centred service care and support.
  • Maintain effective care record keeping to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
  • Manage and support your team to ensure they are compliant with all mandatory training requirements.
  • Promote and support the health and safety of the people we support and support colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a team (desirable).
  • NVQ / QCF level 3 HSC or willingness to work towards within 12 months.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Previous experience of working within a care/support environment.
  • Knowledge of current relevant legislation relating to care standards, health and safety, and food hygiene.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, prioritise, plan, and organise workload.
