The predicted salary is between 31200 - 46800 £ per year.
Main duties will include:
- Support and supervise a team of Support Workers to deliver best practice and exceed quality standards of care and support.
- Support and supervise the delivery of person-centred service care and support.
- Maintain effective care record keeping to meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Manage and support your team to ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements.
- Promote and support the health and safety of the people we support and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing a team (desirable)
- NVQ / QCF level 3 HSC or willingness to work towards within 12 months
Skills/Experience required:
- Previous experience working within a care/support environment
- Knowledge of current relevant legislation relating to care standards, health and safety, and food hygiene
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, prioritise, plan, and organise workload
