Team Leader Glasgow – Eastfields Hourly Rate: £14.63 per hour 40.5 hours per week Our Team Leader will lead, supervise, and develop a team of support workers ensuring that the needs of our residents are at the heart of everything we do. You will be passionate about keeping up to date and informed of best social care and leadership practices. Why join us? Main duties: • Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders in order to compliment and contribute to the positive reputation of the company.• To provide line management to a designated team of staff within a specified group at a location or group of locations within the allocated division.• To undertake any reasonable traveling requirements in order to fulfil the tasks and responsibilities of the role. This may include supporting other locations within the Division as required.• To set and communicate high standards of care and professional conduct within the team supervised.• To lead and support compliance with The Disabilities Trust quality audits. About You: • Previous experience of working within a care/support environment

  • SSSC Registration – Supervisor in a Care Home for Adults
