The Role

Victoria House, rated Good by CQC, provides accommodation, support, and care for people with brain injury and complex needs. It is part of Brainkind, a leading national charity providing innovative care, rehabilitation, and support solutions for people with profound physical impairments and acquired brain injuries. About you

We’re not looking for specific experience; your personality and values matter most. We can train you to become a great rehabilitation support worker if you:

  • Have genuine empathy for residents, with positivity, patience, and resilience
  • Enjoy teamwork and take pride in your work
  • Have excellent face-to-face communication skills and good literacy
  • Have good time management skills and can prioritize tasks
