Service Manager – Horsham Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon- Fri) Ready for your leadership to make a greater difference? Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain the skills they have lost. We treat people with a range of brain injuries – sustained through trauma, illness, substance abuse and more – to recover and meet their personal goals. The Role This opportunity is based at our service Kerwin Court, Slinfold near Horsham.
You will manage all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care. We want you to lead, motivate and develop your multidisciplinary team – empowering them to perform to their potential when supporting residents. We have ambitious plans for the future. So, you can further make your mark by managing the organic and planned change within the service, and by marketing the service to potential commissioners and referrers. About you We’re looking for: • a Registered Manager with a QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent• a record of managing a high quality, multi-site residential service• a strong commitment to person-centred independence-building services• experience of managing budgets and financial systems• an experienced people leader with a track record of developing a team and managing performance Benefits include:
