Salary: Up to £12.77 per hour

Hours: 14 hours per week

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring checks.
  • Undertake minor refurbishment and redecoration as requested.
  • Maintain security features including perimeter fencing, lighting, CCTV, etc.
  • Perform basic internal and external repairs.

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Driving license is essential.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Knowledge of COSHH.
