Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring checks.
- Undertake minor refurbishment and redecoration as requested.
- Maintain security features including perimeter fencing, lighting, CCTV, etc.
- Perform basic internal and external repairs.
About You:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Driving license is essential.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
- Knowledge of COSHH.
