The role: To assist in the daily preparation of cooked nutritious meals for service users ensuring food is of a high quality.
Your main duties would include:
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of a varied choice of menus, ensuring properly balanced and nutritious meals are provided, taking into account any special dietary requirements and service user preferences.
- Assisting in ensuring that the storage, preparation, and cooking of all food is carried out using the highest standards of hygiene.
- Being responsible for the storage and use of cleaning items in accordance with COSHH.
