Salary: £12.00 per hour (£13.00 per hour on Weekends and Bank Holidays)

Hours: Flexible working hours available

Main duties include:

• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with service users to create a homely environment.
• Participating in the development of support plans, risk assessments, and support programmes.
• Providing care and support during daily tasks and personal care when required.
• Supporting service users to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
• Accompanying service users in activities and visits.

Skills and Experience required:

• Previous experience in care/support environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Good IT skills.
• A full UK driving license and access to a car is advantageous.
• Good time management, ability to prioritize, patience, resilience, flexibility, and commitment.
