£1000 WELCOME BONUS (SUBJECT TO T & C\’S) – Gomersal, Oxford Drive BD19 4TU

Salary: £12.00 per hour (£13.00 per hour on weekends and bank holidays)

Hours: Flexible working hours available

Main duties will include:

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with service users to create a homely environment.
• Develop support plans, conduct risk assessments, and keep accurate records.
• Provide care and support for daily tasks and personal care as needed.
• Support service users in reaching their full potential and achieving their goals.
• Accompany service users in activities and visits as required.

Skills/Experience required:

• Previous experience in a care/support environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Good IT skills.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car (advantageous).
• Good time management and ability to prioritize.
• Patience, resilience, flexibility, and commitment.
