The Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personal care to the people we support and ensure we meet high standards. You will support service users in activities such as visits to the local community and attending appointments. This role offers the chance to see the positive impact of your support on individuals’ lives. We support your career development and are here to help you grow.

We’re not looking for specific experience. Your personality and values are what matter. We can train you to become a great rehabilitation support worker if you:

• Have genuine empathy, positivity, patience, and resilience to support clients through rehabilitation
• Enjoy teamwork and take pride in your work
• Have excellent face-to-face communication skills and good literacy
• Have good time management skills and can prioritize your workload
